Championship Team - Competition Training
We offer this class for students ages 8 and up with zero experience needed. Whether you want to learn and try competing for the first time or if you are a veteran athlete, we train every Saturday to get our athletes ready for the next event. This class not only develops the TaeKwonDo skills to take home many medals, but also focuses on the right exercises to get your body in the perfect shape. Whether you are interested in Poomsae (forms) or Kyorugi (Sparring), this class focuses on upgrading your skills to the highest level.
